Making snacks with various variants is my favorite. I always love trying something new in my kitchen. Moreover, this new thing is unique, I never even thought about it again and immediately made it a new dish on my personal menu list. This time I wanted to try something different from the usual, which is a simple snack of corn and wonton skin. If corn is only boiled or made in omelettes, then now make something interesting out of it.
Fried Dumplings With Sweet Corn Fla
Actually, this snack was inspired by non-vegan snacks that use milk and even cheese in it, I even replaced all of that with flour and sugar. I think the combination will yield the best results for this snack. I also use chocolate topping on top, this is to strengthen the sweetness. Even chocolate is also something that the kids like.
Snacks are indeed a menu that we must serve at home. As you know, if you have small children at home, snacks are a mainstay to make them happy. So, let's make this simple yet delicious snack!
Materials Used
100 grams of sweet corn
10 pieces of dumpling skin
4 tablespoons of granulated sugar
100 grams of cornstarch
2 spoons of flour
1 teaspoon of salt
Preparatory Steps
Step 1
Boil corn with boiling water until completely cooked.
Step 2
Then add cornstarch and wheat flour then stir into the corn.
Step 3
Cook the mixture until it thickens, now when cooking don't forget to stir it while only using low heat.
Step 4
Add sugar and stir again.
Step 5
Add salt Cook until cooked or no longer contain water.
Step 6
Prepare the pannsit skin and mix the flour with water as a glue.
Step 7
Add the corn filling into the wonton skin then add glue and form a triangle so that it covers the filling.

Do it until it's finished, here I get 15 pieces for this recipe, remember, the more corn the better.

Then I fry in hot oil over low heat until golden brown.
