Hello everyone, i''m happy to be here again to share with you all the process i use to prepare this nice meal called native rice . Native rice It a nutrient dense Nigerian dish featuring red oil and local spices. It offers high level of vitamin A, vitamin E, and antioxidants, which support immune function, eye health, brain health, and heart health when consumed in moderation. This meal is a good option when it hard to chose a meal to prepare at home or you dont have soup at home.

ingredients
2 cups of rice
Little palm oil
One spoon of black pepper
Small curry ( teaspoon)
Small Thyme( teaspoon)
Salt to taste
Water

preparation
Firstly, i rinsed my pot, i put two bowls of water inside it and i covered it to boil

Then i poured my rice inside a big bowl, i poured water and i rinsed it twices

5mins after rinsing i checked my water to see if its hot then i poured my rice inside the water and i staired it so it will be separate and not mashed

After that, i put my palm oil and my other ingredients ( salt, black pepper, curry and thyme)

I mixed it with my rice, and i covered it to boil for 50mins . After 50mins i checked then i mixed it again with my spoon so as to make the palm oil spread and not be in one side.

My rice is ready. It so delicious
