Hello vegan lovers!!! Good evening to you all, i hope you all are doing well.i made a delicious porridge beans and ripped plantain with sent leave and I love it.
Beans is a good food ww all need to be eaten.it been awhile when i cook this meal,so today i have a ripped plantain so i said let me cook the beans with my ripped plantain.
Ingredients
500g of beans
6 ripped plantain
Salt to taste
Grinded paper
1 onion
Cooking spoon red oil
Sent leaf
2 piece of garlic
1 ginger
PROCEDURE
I started by washing my Beans thoroughly and putting the beans inside pot and set on fire to start cooking.
As i was waiting for the beans to cook very well i washed my ripped plantain,pill it and sliced
Also i pill my garlic ,ginger wash and blend it with mortar.
I washed my onionsand slice it
The beans stayed like 50 minutes and it gets soft so i added my oil ripped plantain,and onion then i added my red oil.
I added my garlic and ginger, grounded paper, salt, sent leaf and mixed it very well.
And the food is ready,it really tastes nice and delicious.i really love the taste guys.
Is good to be eaten good food and be staying healthy.
