Good morning my vegan lovers!!! How are you guys doing!! I made a delicious vegetable sauce and i will like to sare my recipe.
Firstly i used pumpkin leaves to prepare this sauce and i love the outcome of it.i love pumpkin leaves because is very good for the body.it contains calcium and phosphorus, which are important for strong bones and teeth.also or helps to strengthen the immune system.
INGREDIENTS
500g pumpkin leaves (ugu)
Half table spoon salt
2 onion
7 tomatoes
Cooking spoon vegetables oil
1 bonnet paper and 1 shombo
2 small ginger
4 piece of garlic
Firstly i plug my ugu leave, washed with salt and sliced it.
Secondly i washed my tomatoes and onions and sliced.i slice the onion big and small,i also sliced the tomatoes big and small
Thirdly i pill my garlic, ginger and wash it with my paper,i put inside the blender and blend.
Fourthly i put my pot on fire,add my slice onion, tomatoes and allow it for like 3 minutes.after that i put my blended ginger, garlic and paper
Fifthly i added my salt, vegetable and allow it like 2 minutes then add my big onion and tomatoes and mixed very well.
Guys i made this sacue with love ❤️and it really came out sweet i love it.
