Materials Used.
Beetroot 200g.
Potato 100g.
Salt to taste.
Some water.
A finely chopped tomato.
A finely chopped onion.
curry leaves.
3 cloves of garlic, chopped.
2 Tablespoon of coconut oil.
1 Teaspoon of Mustard seed.
1/2 Teaspoon of turmeric powder.
1 Teaspoon of Curry powder.
1/2 Teaspoon of chili powder.
The cooking process as follows.
First, peel the potatoes and beetroot, then wash them thoroughly. Cut them into small pieces as shown below.
Next, take a pan and place it on the stove. Add two tablespoons of coconut oil. When the oil is hot, add mustard seeds, chopped garlic, onions, curry leaves, and tomatoes. Allow them to sauté lightly.Add a little water to it as well.
Now add the chopped beetroot pieces and mix well. Then add the potato pieces as well.
Now add about half a cup of water and cook well. Once the curry is fully cooked, remove it from the heat.
