1 Cup of Grated Coconut.
1 Tablespoon of coconut oil.
1 Teaspoon of Mustard seed.
A few green chilies.
3 cloves of garlic.

A few pieces of cinnamon bark
Salt to taste.
1/2 Teaspoon of turmeric powder.
1/2 Teaspoon of curry powder.
