Materials Used.
Turkey Berry 200g.
Some cassava leaf.
Salt to taste.
4 Tablespoon of Grated Coconut.
A few Green chili peppers.
A finely chopped onion.
3 Garlic clove.
curry leaves.
2 Tablespoon of coconut oil.
1/2 Teaspoon of turmeric powder.
2 Teaspoon of Mustard seed.
The cooking process as follows.
Now, let’s get ready to prepare the dish. First, take a wooden mortar and add the cassava leaves, bird’s eye chilies, onions, garlic, turmeric powder, and grated coconut. Pound all the ingredients well until they are nicely combined.
Next, lightly crush the turkey berries using the wooden mortar, as shown below.
Next, place a pan on the stove and add about two tablespoons of coconut oil. Allow the oil to heat well. Once hot, add mustard seeds, curry leaves, and the crushed turkey berries, then mix well. Cook for about 2 minutes.
Next, add the cassava leaf and coconut mixture and mix well. Cook for another 3 minutes, then remove from the heat.
