I have made various kinds of fried banana recipes before, but today I am back to making a traditional fried banana recipe that was given to me by my mother, she has a lot of delicious food recipes, therefore, most of the food recipes I make are recipes I got from my mother.

Well, if I make it myself, I usually only use one type of flour, namely fried banana flour or adabi flour. I don't think about mixing a little rice flour into the adabi flour mixture.
Today I will try again to make a recipe for fried bananas with rice flour. I happen to have bananas that are quite large. The type of banana I used is the horn banana. In my opinion, this type of banana is very delicious.
If you have other types of bananas, you can, but because I wanted to eat fried bananas from horn bananas, I deliberately went to the market to buy horn bananas. I didn't want to buy other bananas, even though horn bananas were a bit difficult for me to get, but as a result, when I looked in the market, there was one person selling these horn bananas, so without waiting long, I immediately bought them.

Materials used
2 bananas
7 tablespoons rice flour
1/2 package fried banana flour
1/2 tablespoon salt
Manufacturing procedure
First
First, I cut the banana into 3 parts, then I cut it again thinly, or cut it according to your taste
Second
Next, I poured the rice flour and fried banana flour into the container.
Third
Next, I add salt and enough water so that it is not too thick and not too runny either.
Four
Dip the bananas into the batter and fry until golden brown.

This is the result, this fried banana can be eaten straight away while it is still hot because while it is hot it tastes very delicious, crunchy and crispy, very suitable as a friend for coffee while relaxing with the family on the terrace of the house heheh
I enjoy it with the usual sauce, just eaten like this, this fried banana is also very delicious, in short, I highly recommend this fried banana for you to make at home.
