This round and black fruit is very suitable for making Jombang rujak. For some reason, in the rainy season like this, I want to eat a spicy and sweet rujak. It just so happens that I have a stock of Jombang fruit in my refrigerator and it's just right. Without waiting any longer, I immediately made this fruit into the rujak I wanted.
Besides the hot and soupy ones, in the rainy season I also want the sour, sweet and spicy ones mixed together, with simple spices I can enjoy a bowl of rujak which is different from rujak in general, indeed this Jombang rujak is currently in season in my area, many Jombang trees grow well and bear fruit abundantly when the season arrives
Now the jombang season has arrived and wow I am very happy because this jombang fruit has been my favorite since I was little, I remember very well when I was little I often climbed the jombang tree just to pick the fruit which was only a little, because in the past the jombang tree could never bear much fruit there were always children who picked it even though it was not perfectly ripe, different from children today, they don't like to pick or eat strange fruits according to them,

Materials used
50 grams of palm sugar
1 tablespoon of soy sauce
1 tablespoon of sweet soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon of salt
4 bird's eye chilies
Making process
First, I grind the cayenne pepper and salt until it is slightly smooth and I cut the brown sugar into pieces and grind it as well.
Next, I add sweet soy sauce and salty soy sauce according to taste, but I add a lot of sweet soy sauce, then I mix in all the jombang fruit and then I stir it again.
After everything was ready, I moved it to a serving plate and the Jombang rujak was ready to be enjoyed.
RESULTS
This is my Jombang rujak this time and it is ready to be enjoyed in any season, with a spicy and savory taste mixed together, and you know actually I made this rujak during the rainy season, I haven't had time to post it in this community, the flood has come and will last for the next few days, that's why I can't be present in this community, as far as I remember this is a very bad flood, until my house almost sank,
The cellphone and internet network suddenly disappeared, for almost a week, finally today the electricity and internet are back to normal, and hopefully flooding like this will not hit our village again in the future, this is a glimpse of what my house looked like when the flood hit
