Hi vegan friends, today I will make fresh vegetables mixed with tempeh and there are some additional spices, the vegetables I mean are vegetables that everyone loves, long green vegetables that can be found anywhere, especially these vegetables are very cheap and abundant in traditional markets.
What else if not long beans, yes, many people's favorite vegetable, I myself really like this vegetable, whatever it is cooked with, this vegetable is very delicious, especially when mixed with other ingredients such as tempeh
Tempeh is a vegetable protein that is very good for our body's health, so besides getting protein today, I also get fiber from the vegetables and tempeh that I combined for my lunch today.
The spices I use are also very simple, I'm sure you all have the ingredients in your kitchen.
With the addition of red chilies, green chilies, cayenne peppers, tomatoes and onions as well as other seasonings, this long bean and tempeh dish is very delicious. The combination of these two ingredients makes me impatient to enjoy it later.

Materials used
1 bunch of long beans
1 block of tempeh
3 green chilies
7 red chilies
3 shallots
1 clove of garlic
1/2 tbsp salt
1/2 tbsp mushroom stock
1 tomato
Manufacturing procedure
First
First, I cut the long beans into small diagonal pieces and also diced the tempeh. I also thinly sliced the other ingredients, such as chilies, tomatoes, and onions.
Second
Next, I fried the tempeh that I had cut into wings until golden brown.
Third
In another wok I heat up the frying oil, then I saute the fine red chili for a while before I add the rajang spice, I saute the rajang spice until it wilts
Four
then I add the long beans and the seasoning I also add a little water, then I cook until the long beans are soft
Five
after the long beans are soft, I add the tempeh and stir for a while then I turn off the stove
RESULTS
Well, this is the result of my cooking today, this dish is very suitable to be eaten warm especially when added with warm rice and wow it tastes really delicious in my opinion. even though it's simple but it tastes delicious, the combination of vegetables and tempeh as a good source of protein
I can't wait to enjoy it with a plate of warm nansi and 1 piece of fresh fried fish, and it's true that it tastes so delicious, the long beans are soft, while the mamtang tempeh is perfect too hehehe
