Croissant is one snacks that is so unique in making and one that takes longer hours if you want to achieve a very delicious finished recipe.
And most times I feel making croissants is very difficult because of the processes that are involved. But this weekend search in the internet took me to this Croissants lover # SALLY’S BAKING RECIPES .
Today friends we will conquer the fear of making homemade croissants 🥐 that is so buttery coated and layered, enriched with lots of flavors for a perfect finish.
And conquering this fear we should note that croissants 🥐 require time, patience, proper kneading and rolling for a smooth layering I was so happy to make this recipe and with love ❤️ for you guys,.
And this croissants came out golden brown, extra flaky, crisp on the outside and soft on the inside and warm from the oven just like the French pastry 🥐. It does not need special ingredients but the usual baking ingredients from our pantry

Let me hold your hands 🙌 through the process of this recipe step by step 🥐.
INGREDIENTS:
300 g of all purpose flour
50 g of premium sugar
40 g of margarine (for mixing and coating)
1 teaspoon of dried yeast
1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon tropical 🐠 extract
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon of strawberry 🍓 extract
STEPS FOR PREPARATION:
Step 1.
Using a large bowl 🥣, will add the flour first , then add the dried yeast, salt cinnamon powder and sugar.
Will mix and incorporate properly as here above.
Step 2.
I will add all the extracts. The vanilla, strawberry 🍓 and tropicals 🐠.
Will stir them into the flour.
Step 3.
I will add the margarine 🧈 using the tips of my fingers to incorporate it properly.
As here above.
Step 4.
To make a dough, I will gradually add some water 💦 at this stage .
Knead the dough gradually into fine smooth finish.
Step 5.
Making croissants 🥐 we need to make sure to keep the dough cold up until folding, So I left the dough wrapped in the refrigerator for 4 hours before working on it. You can keep it over night if you have the time.
Step 6.
I will cut the dough into two equal part for spreading.
Then will spread the dough, mix margarine with little flour which I will spread on top of the dough

Step 7.
I will wrap and fold the dough for layerings , flattening it more.
Step 8.
Will cut the fold layered into two, into four.
And will spread each one into a croissant 🥐 roll - folding shape.
As above.
Step 9.
And will fold and roll into a croissants .
Gradually fold all the dough into croissants.
Step 10.
Will bake the croissants 🥐 for 15 - 18 minutes for a brown crisp soft finish.
Oh waoh! You can imagine how delicious these croissants 🥐 tastes. The final result cane out just the right way I wanted it. Crispy with so much softness inside. You owe yourself and loved 🥰 ones this magic recipe. Make it and enjoy every goodness of it all.
