Vegetables and plant based foods π₯¬π§ π π₯ are what we need all the time to stay healthy. Although sometimes we may not have all we required in our pantry to make the right recipe that we desire but itβs important to note that when we inculcate vegetables π₯ π₯π₯ in our meals, we are indeed fortifying our immune systems the more.
So friends in my todays recipe I bring you some delightful vegetable π₯¦ stuffed burger π you will like to try Burger is a recipe made from flour into a dough with a final result of stuffed varieties. This means that we can choose what we want in our burgers , making it more healthy when we add just vegetables to them. This vegan π± recipe is all what we need to start our week going.
Come with me to see the ingredients and steps I took to make this homemade healthy vegetable stuffed burger recipe π₯¬π₯¦π
INGREDIENTS::
100 g of all purpose flour
50 g of cabbage
3 pieces cherry tomatoes
1 medium size onions π§
1/2 of a mug warm water
1/3 coconut water π₯₯π΄
1 teaspoon of yeast
1/2 teaspoon of salt powder
2 tablespoons of premium sugar
2 tablespoons of margarine π§
Vegetable oil
STEPS FOR PREPARATION:
I started this recipe by first soaking the yeast with warm water, added one teaspoon of sugar to it. Stir and covered it to seat for 5 minutes to rise.
Then I will go on to pour the flour in a mixing bowl, add the sugar, salt and the margarine π§. I made sure to inculcate the margarine well into the flour by using my fingersss tips to mix all very well.
Next I will go ahead to pour the risen yeast into the mixed flour, stir and mix, before I added the coconut water and mix all into dough.
The baking pans I will glaze with little vegetable oil to prevent dough sticky
I will mold the dough into small sizes and place them in the pans, keep and cover for 30 minutes to rise
I took the risen dough into the preheated oven to bake for 10 minutes at 180 degrees.
While the baked dough is cooling down, I washed , sterilize the vegetables and sliced them for use.
Mixed some of the vegetables π₯ in a bowl adding little salt and vanilla extract for taste.
To make this healthy homemade burger recipe come through, I sliced open the baked puff breads π₯― in the middle.
Then I will gently stuffed little by little the cabbage π₯¬ onions π§ and the tomatoesπ making this recipe so healthy and nutritious. This is what we need from time to time to stay healthy.
