Good to be with you today again and hope you are all enjoying wellness. And as the weekend is almost here, you will love to enjoy another of my bread recipe and this time a savory and sweet pan bread buns π.
Is there any smell better than that of freshly baked bread in the oven? Just skip the bakery this weekend to make and bake a homemade bread π of your choice in your own kitchen. Easy and simple, like this savory and sweet pan bread buns I made to share with you guys. Its one delicious bread buns with strawberry flavor and sugar coating that makes it wanting.
Iβm still really curious about bread because of how wonderful and exciting recipe it is. I love β€οΈ that its a rewarding therapeutic thing in our kitchen, and am always proud of myself once am able to crack and achieve a good result in my bread recipes.

All you need here are the simple everyday ingredients from the pantry especially if you love to always have some baking ingredients to quickly make something delicious π.
Here are the straightforward step by step process below:
INGREDIENTS:

300 g of all purpose floor 1 tablespoon of margarine 11/2 teaspoon of dry yeast 2 teaspoon of strawberry extract 1 sachet of non dairy powdered milk 4 tablespoonful of premium sugar (including for coating) 1/4 teaspoon of salt 1/4 jug of warm water ( for mixing)
STEPS FOR PREPARATION:
Step 1.

We will start the recipe by taking our flour into a bigger bowl π₯£


We add the salt, yeast, sugar and stir to incorporate.
Step 2.

We add the powdered milk and enough margarine

Incorporate with our fingertips
Step 3.

To make and obtain our dough, we add the warm water and strawberry extract for flavor.



We stir bit by bit to form a dough.
Step 4.


Once the dough is ready. We cut into three equal parts above .

Glaze our foil pans here above


And we will shape fold and roll the dough, placing them into the foil pans. Sprinkled some sugar granules on tops
Step 5.

Next we take them into the oven and bake them at 180 Celsius for 20 minutes brown up.

Savory and sweet with bit of crunch that makes it homemade. The aroma of strawberry fills the kitchen even before it was fully baked. You canβt afford not to try this bread buns π this weekend.
Make it in larger quantity if you have a larger family so that everyone will grab one to themself. And even more to keep in the refrigerator for a day or two for easy morning breakfast. I hope you love β€οΈ it .
