Warm weekend greetings dear hivers and vegan friends π.
How are you all doing because am doing great and happy to share with you again today. And this recipe am sharing with you is one that I feel so satisfied making due to how the final result was achievable.
I am always trying to incorporate healthy snacks into the family meals, especially on weekends when I do have more time and love β€οΈ to bake something special. And today I decided to bake a spiced and steamed cabbage, onions roll wraps. And to avoid frying the cabbage π₯¬and onions, I decided to use the Microwave to steam the them after the spices were incorporated
I tell you, this wraps came out so perfectly as a snacks for the weekend evening that you can make in no time wasting. Its a very healthy recipe since the cabbage π₯¬, onions π§ and added spices were steamed as a stuffing ingredients to roll wrap the dough. Its always very important we incorporate veggies into our meals or snacks for the purpose of nutrients and good health.
Below I share with you every step by step you need for this recipe.
INGREDIENTS:
250 g of all purpose flour 1/2 of large head of cabbage 1 small size red onions 2 teaspoon of margarine 3 teaspoons of premium sugar 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder 1/2 teaspoon of salt 3 tiny green/ yellow hot peppers 1/2 teaspoon of chili powder 1/4 glass of water
STEPS FOR PREPARATION:
Step 1.
First thing we do is to slash the 1/2 head of cabbage on chunks
Then we thinly cut slice it above
Step 2.
We take the sliced cabbage into a bowl, add salt and then water to soak sterilize it.
We drain it after 5 minutes readily
Step 3.
We wash and slice the onions and tiny hot peppers here above
Step 4.
Next We take the drained cabbage into a bowl π₯£, add the sliced onions and hot pepper
We also add the chili powder, pinch of salt and the margarine

Step 5
To steam the veggies, I will take it into the Microwave for just one minute.
And stir them together to properly incorporate
Step 6.
We add our flour in a bowl for dough making.
Adding all the dry ingredients here above
And also the margarine
Step 7
We incorporate the margarine using our finger tips
And add water gradually to form the dough
Step 8
To make the roll wraps, we cut the dough into two, then into four
Sprinkle some flour into the board, add each cut and roll spread it.
We stuff the steamed veggies into the wrap
Step 9.
Take them into a glazed baking pan for baking.
And bake for 35 minutes at 180 Celsius.
What could be better than this loving weekend snacks wraps with veggies for evening hunger for the family. The steamed process gave the veggies a more healthy hearty look for that nutritious value we need to boost our system. It taste so delicious that you will ask for more.
