Hope you are having a beautiful rest this weekend friends ❤️. And eating something delicious. And while we are still resting we can make also something unique, a recipe like the one am sharing with you.
And for those who love to incorporate fruits and vegetables in loafs 🍞, I have made a delicious healthy carrot 🥕 mini breakfast loaf . Its rich with vitamin A, some soy milk and vegetable oil made it so buttery and wanting.
We can make the loaf 🍞 In mini or large sizes, but I have made this recipe in mini shape for a quick baking especially if we need it for breakfast and does want it freshly baked. Its simple and straightforward.
Lets make this recipe with step by step.
INGREDIENTS:
300 g wheat 🌾 flour
1 large carrot 🥕
1/4 soy milk
2 tablespoon granulated sugar
1 teaspoon of yeast
2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
Warm water.
STEPS FOR PREPARATION:
Step 1.
This recipe is very straightforward. I will start by first soaking the yeast with some added sugar.
Then stir and cover to rise.
Step 2.
I will clean the carrot, wash and grate it.
As in here above .
Step 3.
Next I will pour the flour in a bowl 🥣 adding salt and sugar.
Step 4.
Will mix the flour adding the grated carrot to incorporate.
Step 5.
Then will now add the yeast to the flour, stir and add the soy milk. Then keep stirring.
Step 6.
For a fine knead, I will use the tips of my fingers to knead it properly adding the vegetable oil.
Step 7.
Will then take the dough sharing it into two equal parts.
Step 8.
And will mold them into mini dough for baking, glazing the foil pans.
Step 9.
Finally will take the dough into the pans, add some chopped carrots.
Step 10.
And after 20 minutes, it has expanded more . I will set to bake it for just 25 minutes for this brownish look.
Who can resist a freshly baked loaf 🍞, especially one that is so healthy, textured and delicious with a buttery look 👀. Its smells so good and irresistibly yummy 😋.
