I want to tell you all a little that today I will make simple porridge for my wife. not without reason because her monthly period came and her mood went up and down now her spoiled mood is more prominent, this is because her stomach feels uncomfortable and for that reason she wants to eat the porridge I made and of course because she knows I can't cook porridge It's complicated, so he just wants to make sago porridge. This porridge is very easy to make and I'm sure everyone can make it without fail.
There's no need for complicated ingredients and lots of everything, everything is practical and there's no need to dirty too many kitchen utensils because I know I'll end up cleaning it up. Just a few instant ingredients and everything is ready in just a matter of minutes, even 10 minutes won't be used up to make this porridge. You can just conclude that making 2 portions of sago porridge only takes approximately 10 minutes, it's very simple, right?
The ingredients for making this porridge are below and you can read them, let's take a look:
1. 2 packs of sago bowls
In this country, sago is already shaped like this and already in packaging. One pack is for one portion and is priced at IDR. 4000. This sago is very good for digestion and stomach diseases, the difference is that for stomach diseases we don't need to add coconut milk, just use palm sugar.
2. 100 grams of palm sugar
The palm sugar that I use is the newest palm sugar that doesn't have bees in it. If the palm sugar you are using is a little old and has bees or droppings, just cook the palm sugar first with water, then strain it and let it sit until the water is warm.
3. 250 ML water
When this picture is taken you will see two cups of water, the water in the green cup is raw water that is not yet suitable for consumption and I will use this to soak the bowl of sago later, while the water in the red cup is water that is ready for consumption. . And the 250 ML that I wrote in the recipe is water that is ready to be consumed for the process of cooking the bowl of porridge.
4. 1 pack of instant thick coconut milk measuring 38 ML.
How to make :
1. Soak the sago bowl for approximately 5 minutes or until the sago bowl is soft
2. After the bowl of sago has expanded and is soft, add it to the pan and discard the water.
3. After that, pour in water that is boiled or ready for consumption, because making this porridge is very fast, I'm afraid that if I use water that is not ready for consumption, my wife's stomach will hurt even more.
4. Then the next step is to put the palm sugar into the porridge pot, then stir until it boils slightly over medium heat which tends to be low because I don't want my porridge to burn.
5. After the porridge has boiled a little, add the instant thick coconut milk and stir until it really boils
6. Simple sago porridge is ready to serve.
