Today was the day of the village market! I love the days when the market is organized and I always try to make time to go. I find the freshest and organic everything here. I haven't eaten very healthy for a few days because I ran out of fresh vegetables and fruits at home. I didn't want to go to the markets because the produce wasn't fresh. I came to the market very early in the morning and did my shopping. Look how fresh the produce is!
After I did the market shopping, I immediately came to the store and washed the vegetables I bought in detail and left them for a while to dry. For dinner, I wanted to make myself a seasonal salad because I needed to eat a healthy and light diet. I feel very happy and peaceful when I eat salad. It is so light! I often prepare this recipe at home, I use whatever vegetables are in season. I add plenty of lemon and olive oil and it is incredibly delicious. First of all, I wash and dry all the vegetables in detail. Then I first finely chop the lettuce and add it to the salad plate.
I chop and grate all the ingredients in turn. I combine all the ingredients in the salad plate.
Finally, I add lemon, olive oil and salt and mix. And it's ready! It actually seemed like it took a very short time while I was explaining it, but making salads is a bit tedious. It takes a while to wash all the products one by one, but the result is worth it!
