At the beginning of May in Graz, Austria, the second Hive #BuzzParty took place, under the name #HiveCreatorDays.
I could only follow this gathering online, so I joined #worldmappin solving riddles in a game called #Grazandseek.
It was very interesting to participate, regardless of the super prizes that were in circulation.
After the end of the game, the winners were announced
, two Hive ladies, who attended #HCD2025 and
(with the support of
🙂), as well as the two of us,
and I who solved riddles online.
I saw that was also added to the list of winners, so I congratulate her and thank her for the notification about the results of the competition.
As stated in the post, nice prizes awaited us winners (water bottle, t-shirt, proofofpin stickers), we just had to wait a bit.
I was informed at one moment that the gifts were ready and that they would be even more beautiful than what was said in the competition.
Well, because of that, I got even more interested, so for the last two or three weeks, since the gifts were sent by DHL, I've been checking my mailboxes every day.
The anticipation was further fueled by the knowledge that the gifts were delivered in England and Germany.
Nothing could be done except to wait for delivery.
If anything, I was sure of the reliability of the delivery because it was organized by DHL, which does not lose packages 🙂
And so, this Saturday morning, with the knowledge of the collapse of cryptocurrency prices, my mood was lifted by an SMS informing me of the delivery of a packet at a nearby post office.
"DHL"? I asked.
"Yes".
I went to the post office and picked up, I must admit, the most beautifully wrapped package ever.
Sender detlev, recipient duskobgd.
THE PACKAGE HAS ARRIVED!!!
As soon as I got home I unpacked it.
In addition to the cute little pendant that I got from mipiano when we met, at the #Hivemeetup in Apatin, I have now also become the owner of a number of very nice Hive items.
Hive now became ever more tangible to me.
A water bottle, t-shirt and stickers were promised as a reward, and I really liked the rest that was sent to me.
The Hive bag, scarf, blue shirt and ribbon from the Hive summit in Aachen are accessories that I really liked.
And as a surprise, there is also a bag with seeds that I will plant at the first opportunity.
Along with the gift came a flyer with an explanation of the Hive ecosystem, and the flyer itself, surprisingly, needs to be planted in the ground, so that the seeds in the paper will grow into beautiful flowers.
I will plant them, then come back with a post of what it looks like when it sprouts and blooms.
And until the seeds germinate and sprout, I will proudly wear these Hive things and when I find myself in some interesting location, mark them with #proofofpin stickers.
Thanks again to the entire worldmappin team who designed and organized this interesting riddle game(), to everyone who communicated with us about the gift delivery arrangement (
,
) and to everyone who took on the organization of choosing, packing and delivering the gifts(
), as well as the other team members, without whom
would not be what it is.
Until next time, I greet you all.
