Olympic Games Souvenir
The Olympic Games are just a few days away, one of the most awaited events by thousands of fans, where athletes participate in different disciplines, proudly representing their countries. This sporting festival promotes healthy competition, where respect, fraternity and sport are present, continuing with the foundations of ancient Greece. On this occasion, the host country, which will have the honor and responsibility of organizing such event, is Paris.

Recuerdo De Los Juegos Olímpicos
Faltan pocos días para el comienzo de los juegos olímpicos, unos de los eventos más esperados por millares de aficionados, donde participan atletas en diferentes disciplinas, que representan orgullosos a sus países. Esta fiesta deportiva promueve una competencia sana, donde se hace presente, el respeto, la fraternidad y el deporte, continuando con los fundamentos de la antigua Grecia. En esta oportunidad, el país sede, que tendrá el honor y la responsabilidad de organizar tal evento, es París.

Y desde ya todos nos preparamos para tal acontecimiento, apoyando a nuestros compatriotas y contagiándonos de la euforia, alegrías y triunfos, es por ello que cuando se promueven estos eventos, todos queremos tener un souvenir para tenerlo de recuerdo. Toda esta reflexión viene porque recordé cuando España, fue el país sede en los Juegos Olímpicos Barcelona, 1.992 que nos dejó bonitos recuerdos y grandes emociones, las competencias.

También recuerdo esos juegos en especial porque para ese tiempo las empresas patrocinadoras de esos eventos, promovían sus productos a través de trivias, rifas, regalos, o souvenir para que el espectador se animará a participar y también consumieran más esos productos, y fue así como me atraparon para ese año se promovía la entrega de una caja de vasos con el emblema de los Juegos Olímpicos Barcelona 92, a cambio de reunir algunas chapas de refrescos.

Once we had them, we went to the exchange site to look for the glasses. I think they have been worth it since then, they are very nice to use when we have a family reunion. For that occasion there were two sets: some highlighted the Olympic rings by their colors on the bottom of the glass and others with drawings, highlighting the name of the host countries, of the previous games, and this time, the Barcelona 92 Olympic Games, twelve containers in sets of three. With this story I show you my collection of glasses that I will certainly use in these coming Olympic Games.
No fue tan difícil cumplir el reto, siempre la aliada era la familia, de esa forma logramos reunir una cantidad de chapas, ahora no recuerdo la cantidad exacta. Una vez que las teníamos, íbamos al sitio de canje para buscar los vasos. Creo que valieron la pena desde entonces los usos cuando tenemos reunión familiar, son muy bonitos. Para esa oportunidad venían dos juegos: unos resaltaban los aros olímpicos por sus colores en el fondo del vaso y otros con dibujos, destacando el nombre de los países sedes, de los anteriores juegos, y en esta ocasión, los Juegos Olímpicos Barcelona 92, doce envases en series de tres. Con esta historia les muestro mi colección de vasos que sin duda los voy a utilizar en estos venideros Juegos Olímpicos.
I am a sports lover, and I love to watch the games and the different disciplines. These are the days when I immerse myself in the TV, so as not to miss anything. By the way, these days the Euro 2024 and Copa America 2024 are being presented, two great sporting events that are very interesting, because of the great competition that the teams are presenting.
Soy amante del deporte, y me encanta ver los juegos y las diferentes disciplinas. Son días en que me sumerjo en la tele, para no perderme de nada. Por cierto, en estos días se presentando la Eurocopa 2024 y la Copa América 2024, dos grandes eventos deportivos que están muy interesantes, por la gran contienda, que están presentando los equipos.
