Hello HIVE friends, I am very happy to be able to share my collection here again, a very useful container for all the collections we have, sometimes these objects are trivial objects for other people but very valuable for us. and Hello, I'm from Indonesia. Apart from culinary delights which have been widely recognized worldwide, Indonesia is also famous for its Batik and has even been recognized by UNESCO. Each region has its own batik pattern which indicates one's identity and one who is not an Indonesian feels like not having Batik in one's house, be it batik patterns on clothing, accessories, furniture or other things. even python snakes in Indonesia also have their own Batik pattern..ha..ha
and today I will show my Batik patterns from my work clothes collection, my batik clothes collection is even bigger compared to my free clothes collections and I am proud of that. because clothes with batik patterns can be worn at formal and non-official meetings, the use of batik clothes is very flexible for every existing situation and condition. and now I will show you all my batik patterned clothes
Even though I don't show all of my batik collections, some of these batik collections have shown how much my batik collection continues to grow every year because of the moments that require us to wear batik uniforms at school and at official family events. For example, I got this blue batik from last year's Teacher's Day event and there are also some that I collected from myself.
As I explained, batik has its own motifs and meanings and I myself, as a native Indonesian, don't really know how many batik motifs there are in Indonesia, which continue to develop, not just ancient batik motifs.
Madurese Batik.
This batik, which comes from the Madura region of East Java, is very distinctive with its bright colors and I have one of these collections, namely batik in faded green with a banana leaf motif.
Palembang Batik
The city of Palembang, which is famous for its Songket cloth, combined with batik patterns, will produce one of the collections that I have in this blue and purple color and this cloth material is very beautiful and very slippery. Palembang Batik motifs are usually floral motifs or other abstract things and Palembang batik motifs usually never use animal motifs or humans themselves because they are considered not very polite.
SOLO Batik
Batik that comes from the city of Solo usually has a slightly dark color and the brown and black Batik colors that I have come from that city.
and that's a little of my Batik collection. What about you, is there any of my country's cultural heritage in your country? Thank you for supporting me and nice to meet you.
