Greetings to all collectors of beautiful objects and moments. A few days ago, I shared a post about an experience I had in a curious parking lot that was full of antique items, but as you would expect in a parking lot, there were also antique cars in perfect condition.
These cars look strong and sturdy, most of them are pastel colors, but there are also orange and red ones. I found Ford cars with license plates from some states in Venezuela, but I also saw a license plate that said DF. Georgia. There was no information about their original owners or their origin.
Saludos a todos los coleccionistas de objetos y momentos lindos. Hace unos días compartí una publicación de una experiencia que viví en un curioso estacionamiento que estaba lleno de cosas antiguas, pero como era de esperarse en un estacionamiento también tenían carros antiguos en perfecto estado.
Estos autos se ven fuertes y robustos, sus colores son pasteles en la mayoría de ellos, pero también hay de color naranja y rojo. Encontré la marca Ford con placas de algunos estados de Venezuela, pero también vi una placa que decía DF. Georgia, no había información de sus dueños originales ni de su procedencia.
These cars look in good condition, and I'm almost sure they work. Maybe they rent them out. I've seen weddings that use old cars to take the bride to the church. They may be old, but they haven't lost their elegance. I was able to look at them from all sides and see inside them. They still smell like leather. 🤣 😆 Heh, heh, heh.
I liked them all, but my favorites would be the red Ford and the small orange one. One of these vehicles that made me smile and brought back fond memories is the small orange one with a cabin in the back and has a speaker on top of its roof. These are the cars of Tio Rico, an ice cream brand that was very famous in the 80s and 90s in my country. They drove around the neighborhoods with their characteristic music that let the children know that the ice cream man was nearby. It was a fabulous melody when you had money to buy ice cream and tormenting when you didn't.

Todos me gustaron, mis favoritos serían el rojo Ford y el que es todo naranja pequeño. Uno de estos vehículos que me saco una sonrisa y me trajo lindos recuerdos es el pequeño que es de color naranja, con una caba atrás, y tiene un parlante arriba en su techo, son los carritos de Tio Rico una marca de helados que fue muy famosa en los años 80 y 90 en mi país, recorrían los barrios con su música característica que avisaba a los niños que el heladero estaba cerca, era una melodía fabulosa cuando se tenía dinero para comprar y atormentadora cuando no.
Among the old engines on display is a motorcycle that I had only seen in old movies, with the driver and a passenger sitting side by side in a capsule. I imagine that this model is no longer functional because it doesn't look very practical. There were small cars, I suppose for children, and one mother had to put up with her baby's tantrum because he wanted to ride in one of them. I understand the baby; all those vehicles are exciting. A tricycle caught my eye; I always wanted one of those.
Entre los motores antiguos que exhiben una moto que solo había visto en las películas de antes, donde está el piloto y un pasajero al lado metido en una cápsula, me imagino que este modelo dejó de ser funcional porque no se ven nada práctico. Estaban carros pequeños supongo que para niños, una mamá tuvo que aguantar una rabieta de su bebe que quería montarse en uno de ellos, yo entiendo al bebé todos esos vehículos provocan, un triciclo me hizo guiños, siempre quise tener uno de estos.
Among the motorcycles in this exhibition, two small ones caught my attention, pale pink and white, the Vespa scooter, beautiful, but tiny. I wondered what kind of customer they would make these small motorcycles for. I don't think they are for children, they must be for people with dwarfism or, failing that, for people smaller than me, and that's quite a lot 🤣. Since I'm 5'1“, I estimate that they must be for people who are about 3'3” tall. If you look at the photo, there's a toy next to it, a wooden car, which serves as a reference for calculating the size. It's a shame you couldn't touch them. I imagined myself sitting in cars, motorcycles, and even the tricycle.
The parking lot was too small for the number of antique objects on display, and it was difficult to take some photos because of the angle of the cars. I enjoyed this great collection. Which of all these machines did you like the most?
Entre las motos que tenían en esta exhibición me llamó poderosamente la atención dos pequeñas, de color rosado pálido y blanco, es la scooter vespa, hermosas, pero de tamaño diminuto me pregunté para qué tipo cliente harían estas motos tan pequeñas, no creo que sean para niños, deben ser para personas con enanismo o en su defecto para personas más pequeñas que yo y eso es bastante 🤣, ya que mido 1.55 cm, calculo que deben ser para personas que midan unos 100 cm, si te fijas en la foto hay un juguete al lado un carro de madera sirve de referencia para calcular el tamaño. Lástima que no se podían tocar, me imaginé sentada en carros, motos y hasta el triciclo.
El estacionamiento quedó pequeño para la cantidad de objetos antiguos que exhiben, sacar algunas fotos se me hizo difícil por el ángulo de los carros, disfruté de esta gran colección, ¿cuál de todas estas máquinas te gustó más?
