Creer en todo lo que se dice, no siempre es buena idea o ¿si?. Ummm bueno, en un mundo de opiniones diversas cada quien decide en que creer, ¿pero en pleno siglo XXI?

Con el contante desarrollo tecnológico y científico que vive la humanidad día a día, cualquier ser humano imagina que la credulidad es cosa del pasado, como sucedió con las historias mitológicas, con El Silvón, La Llorona y tantas otras invenciones de la mente humana, sin embargo, en muchas regiones del mundo se ha convertido en un punto de partida para un modo de vida que va en incremento gracias a diversos factores y en compañía de una aliada que la vuelve más poderosa, la pasividad.

Lo mismo ha sucedido en varias oportunidades, historias de horror y suplantación, el pensamiento crítico ahogado por la credulidad en las costas de algún mar del caribe, la autosuperación asfixiada por la postergación en el banco de un parque de manhattan, el deseo de éxito, envenenado por quietud y pasividad en la cena de acción de gracia; y he aquí que los perpetradores sois quienes hoy usurpan el lugar de sus interfectos. Unos pocos han tenido, si se puede decir así, algo de suerte y solo han sido confinados en alguna mazmorra vieja y sucia a la que personas sin un grado de coraje no quisieran ir; o condenados al exilio en los desiertos más inhóspitos. De vez en cuando el viento eleva los alaridos de esos de estos desvalidos que parecen muertos aún en vida.

Siglo XXI la era digital, donde todo se puede y ¿porqué no dejar que otros hagan el trabajo duro por mi? ¡Así la vida es más fácil..! He aquí la manera simple y concreta de pensar de muchas mentes; adolescentes, adultos, adultos mayores, no hay límites de edad para esta filosofía de vida. Solo debes ser suficientemente ingenuo para esperar que otros, (padres, amigos, gobiernos...) lo resuelvan todo por ti y como si fuera poco te entreguen una bonificación solo por aceptar la sumisión en todas sus manifestaciones. Excelente ¿verdad?. Aunque no lo parezca este elemental pensamiento que no demanda de grandes exigencias para convertirse en cultura, es la realidad de una gran población en el mundo, pero de manera especial es una realidad experimentada en mi país, Venezuela.

Here is the simple and concrete way of thinking of many minds; teenagers, adults, seniors, there are no age limits for this philosophy of life. You just have to be naive enough to hope that others, (parents, friends, governments ...) will solve everything for you and as if that were not enough, they will give you a bonus just for accepting submission in all its manifestations. Excellent right? Although it may not seem like this elementary thought that does not demand great demands to become a culture, it is the reality of a large population in the world, but in a special way it is a reality experienced in my country, Venezuela.

Si analizamos el porqué de esta situación, encontraremos diversos elementos que lo originan, (económicos, educación, políticos, sociales... ) un sin fin de razones lógicas para justificar o como dice el refrán “cuando nacieron las excusas también los excusados”, sin embargo eso no es lo que nos acarrea en esta oportunidad. Existe algo de mayor importancia, y es todo aquello que nos coarta como individuos capacez, este tipo de actitud. Como el suero anestesiador de una inyectadora, incredulidad y pasividad, se han apoderado del pensamiento accionario de una gran población venezolana, permitiendo ésta, que tan solo en el transcurrir de unos meses, ambas se convirtieran en su estilo de vida. El venezolano trabajador, ambicioso, soñador, tras el deterioro general del país, se ha dejado corroer por esas mismas polillas, olvidando que solo el trabajo constante, la superación personal y el deseo de luchar por lo que se desea es lo que realmente lo ayudará a realizar toda meta que se traze. Hoy se puede comparar a un costal de harina, comprado por el mejor postor, incapaz de decidir en que quiere convertirse o a donde quiere, o por cuales paladares desea pasar, objeto de la voluntad de aquellos a quienes poco a poco a cedido sus propias aspiraciones.

There is something of greater importance, and it is everything that constrains us as capable individuals, this type of attitude. Like the anesthetizing serum of an injector, disbelief and passivity have taken over the stock thinking of a large Venezuelan population, allowing it, just in the space of a few months, both to become their way of life. The Venezuelan worker, ambitious, dreamer, after the general deterioration of the country, has allowed himself to be corroded by those same moths, forgetting that only constant work, personal improvement and the desire to fight for what he wants is what will really help him to achieve any goal that is set. Today it can be compared to a sack of flour, bought by the highest bidder, unable to decide what he wants to become or where he wants, or through which palates he wishes to pass, object of the will of those to whom he has little by little yielded his own aspirations.

No es nuestra naturaleza ser sumisos o dejarnos oprimir por quienes pretenden ser más que otros, prueba y fe de ello, la dan nuestros libertadores, poetas, músicos, investigadores... que han dado sus vidas por defender sus ideales. Pasividad no nos permite caminar, correr, perseguir cada uno de nuestros sueños, y quienes asumen esta postura por facilismo solo son merecedores de compasión; credulidad nos convierte en seres ignorantes, tan incautos y manejables como arcilla en manos del alfarero. No es de venezolanos ni de humanos con conciencia, ser portadores de armas silenciosas que nos aplastan poco a poco con su peso. Te invito a dar un paseo con estas dos amigas, o comprarles boletos sin retorno a los bellos desiertos inhóspitos, a ahogarlas en los océanos más profundos, y así tener espacios en tu mente para sembrar semillas de compromiso, entusiasmo y esfuerzo, y aunque hablo en esta ocasión directamente de mi país, se qué tu allí donde estés también eres testigo de los continuos paseos matutinos de Pasividad y Credulidad con tus amigos y vecinos, así que te invito a que les enseñes lo que realmente causa su compañía y a despojarse lo más pronto de ellas.
