Very true that private hospitals are very expensive for the common man. The situation is the same for people in my country; Nigeria. but the issue we have with the government hospitals is that there is not enough facility for people who go there and also the government doesn't pay the doctors well. So all these can be frustrating..

La situación es la misma para la gente de mi país, Nigeria, pero el problema que tenemos con los hospitales públicos es que no hay suficientes instalaciones para la gente que va allí y además el gobierno no paga bien a los médicos.
