A few days ago a Venezuelan living in Peru was murdered. I don't really know the motives of the guy who pulled the trigger. But according to a video recorded by the security camera that was in that place, the Venezuelan was quite cautious about the situation that would soon lead to his death.
In the video, the Venezuelan can be seen trying to mediate words and seeking a solution to the conflict that had begun to increase in intensity a few minutes before. According to different versions, it is said that the Peruvian antisocial was charging the Venezuelan an illegal fee for his jewelry stall in that market. Perhaps the Venezuelan did not have any money at the time or did not agree to be involved in paying the money. Apparently it was what is known colloquially as a "vacuna" which consists of a charge of a certain amount of money that has nothing to do with a rent established by law, but rather to prevent thugs from stealing from the owner. It is like a protection that the crooks take from you to prevent their own actions against you. It really makes no sense except for themselves.
There have already been many deaths of Venezuelan brothers and sisters in other countries at the hands of people from those places. It is well known that many Venezuelans who have emigrated have created a bad reputation for an entire nation through their bad actions. And it is right to apply the law in all those cases as far as possible. But this type of actions against all the others who have nothing to do with the above and who dedicate themselves in different ways to try to undertake will not solve anything. Rather it makes the people on the receiving end look bad. This whole odyssey has created a wave of xenophobia and aporophobia on the part of many brothers and sisters from other countries.
Hace unos días asesinaron a un venezolano que vivía en peru. Realmente no sé los motivos que tendría el sujeto que haló del gatillo. Pero segun un video grabado por la camara de seguridad que había en ese sitio, el venezolano se mostró bastante preventivo ante la situación que desencadenaría prontamente su muerte.
En el video se puede ver al venezolano tratando de mediar palabras y buscando solucion al conflicto que hacía previos minutos había empezado a aumentar la intensidad. Segun las distintas versiones se dice que el antisocial peruano le estaba cobrando una cuota totalmente fuera de la ley al venezolano por su puesto de bisutería en ese mercado. Tal vez el venezolano no tenía dinero en ese momento o no estaba de acuerdo con ser participe de pagar de esa manera ese dinero. Al parecer era lo que se conoce coloquialmente como una "vacuna" la cual consta de un cobro de una cierta cantidad de dinero que no tiene que ver con un alquiler establecido en la ley, sino mas bien para evitar que los maleantes hagan de las suyas y roben al propietario. Es como una proteccion que te quitan los maleantes para evitar sus propias acciones en contra de ti. Realmente no tiene sentido salvo para ellos mismos.
Ya van muchas muertes de hermanos venezolanos en otros paises a manos de personas oriundas de esos lugares. Se sabe muy bien que muchos venezolanos que han emigrado han creado mala fama a toda una nación mediante sus malas acciones. Y esta bien aplicar la ley en todos esos casos hasta donde sea posible. Pero este tipo de acciones contra todos los demás que no tienen nada que ver con lo anterior y que se dedican a de distintas maneras tratar de emprender. no resolverá nada. Mas bien hace quedar mal al pueblo receptor. Toda esta odisea ha creado una ola de xenofobia y aporofobia por parte de muchos hermanos de otros paises.
