I'm not exactly sure how many flights I've taken in my life but it's definitely in the hundreds - a mix of good and bad amongst the flights for work and enjoyment. It's a lot of flights, the latest of which was yesterday.
I used to like the window seat and would always book myself there when travelling for vacation. I like having somewhere to lean my head if I want to sleep (I mostly work in-flight when travelling for work though) and I figured it would be good to see the ground rushing up to meet me in the advent of the plane crashing - I wonder what I'd be thinking at the time.
As I started to travel more and more for work I ended up always choosing the aisle seat because it was easier and faster to get out at the end of the flight due to not having to wait for some idiot sitting next to me, and time matters when I'm busy...plus one can keep a better eye on the air hostesses walking up and down...rarely a bad thing. But lately the girl who books my flights for work has been placing me in the window seat which I've not minded to be honest.
Great sunsets and sunrises, cloud formations and views back down to earth are just on the other side of that window and I thought I'd share a snap I took yesterday from my seat.
Have you taken any good photos from an aircraft? If you have and want to share drop it in the comments with a comment.
