Until Then is a narrative adventure with beautiful pixel art set in the modern Philippines. In the aftermath of a global catastrophe called "The Ruling" and the trauma and loss caused by it, the game story follows Mark Borja and his friends, exploring their daily life. Until Then explores many themes such as loss, memory and the passage of time.
Part 5 - The Festival, Shaking Off Unease, and Playing Mini-Games
This part of my Until Then Let's Play covers the second half of "Chapter 4." Mark celebrates Christmas alone at home. He spends time on the internet, and messages Nicole for some reason. He also messages his father and mother. His mother seems to busy to reply back.
Mark goes to his parents' room and starts reminiscing about his past. As a child, his parents celebrated Christmas with him, and gave him a present. Though, there was something they kept hiding from him. The whole situation is sad but wholesome.
