The value 4 value philosophy is a monetization model whereby creators earn directly from their audience or whoever finds their content valuable in one form or another. No companies, no banks, no middlemen. This is how creating content within the HIVE ecosystem works.
Podcast producers, musicians, designers, videographers can all come to HIVE, create content and the community will send tips as well as votes to receive a portion of Hive's rewards pool. If you a skill that you think adds value to a particular project, reach out, give some of your time or talent to that project and ask for a little something for your effort. More likely than not, the project team will say yes!

Am I an employee of any of these projects?
No. I'm just a guy who like to make videos and thought it might be helpful to make some content for them. Fortunately, they thought so too and showed some incredible support for my work.
