Does it actually matter if a bunch of people upvote the same post?

To your point, normally the trending page makes no sense. Like most the stuff is not something you would expect to be trending.

That being said, I think from a traditional social media perspective something like this being trending makes sense to me.

I am also not questioning that HIVE has problems I am more just saying I do not think this is an instance of the "circlejerk" as they say. Also, I think we need something better to say than "circlejerk." I feel weird even typing it 😅
