Quiero empezar a documentar mi progreso y también mis fallos, porque así es como realmente se aprende. Hoy les comparto un pedacito de lo que fue mi día de entrenamiento de espalda: mis repeticiones, mis caras de sufrimiento y mis ganas de seguir mejorando cada día.
Ojalá pueda seguir creando este tipo de contenido, porque me motiva, me reta y me ayuda a ver cuánto he avanzado.
