Your insights are so valuable. We have to start thinking of our choices in this country. I've watched Portland, OR's homeless population grow over the past 5 years. After speaking with many people about it, nobody seems to have a clear cut answer. It seems to me it's going to take a lot of grassroots non-profit projects to make a difference.
