It's getting tough day by day to stay positive. I don't know if you can live a normal life in your country but here we are still at high risk. So we have to live inside for several months alone with these last three moths. Mental health issues are raising. It feels suffocating to live inside an apartment. We are sometimes breaking down, acting crazy.
But as a parent I have to stay positive, I can't show my dark face to my son. I have to control my anger and anxiety. So, what to do? Here I have tried to share some of my tips which I do and I think this can help anyone to stay positive in this situation.
