Cuando entendí que la vida es un gran camino de aprendizaje todo se me hace mucho más fácil, el mal humor y la rabia desaparecieron de mi vida, cada vivencia que se me presenta no la dejo pasar como si nada, si no más bien analizo todo lo que sucede, trato de encontrar el aprendizaje para poder darle sentido a mis acciones trayendo con esto respuestas mucho más interesante.

Una de las primeras cosas que realice en la cuarentena para poder mantener los pies en la tierra, fue el hacer ejercicios un cierto tiempo del día, a través de la experiencia que tenía de las clases de danza contemporánea y los deportes que me ha tocado practicar en mi vida pude plantearme varias rutinas de ejercicios para no aburrirme en la semana, tomando en cuenta de que estábamos encerrados.

La escritura también fue un gran apoyo, me sentía tan mal que se me ocurrían cualquier cantidad de historias, pensamientos y poesías, solía drenar mucho, y también escribirlo en las redes sociales, para así poder desarrollar un intercambio de palabras, donde debatíamos mis escritos con la situación pandémica, eso resulto muy positivo, ya que las personas tenían tiempo de sobra para leer por lo cual termine ganando muchos lectores que disfrutan de mis escritos.

La danza fue mi gran amiga, logra moverme por mucho tiempo para con esto drenar o transformar la energía de angustia en algo más constructivo para mi cuerpo, alma y espíritu como es el arte de la danza contemporánea, un logro en este espacio fue el constante trabajo de su técnica y del encuentro con la improvisación a solas, sin ningún maestro cerca, simplemente contando con mi experiencia y mi investigación

La calma fue una sorpresiva amiga que jamás espere, después de tantos años subiendo a Caracas, viviendo la vida totalmente ocupado, saliendo de una actividad para entrar en otra, teniendo que vincularme con los diferentes métodos de trasporte que me ofrece el sistema para poder llegar a la capital, moverme y retirarme otra vez a mi ciudad dormitaría de Guarenas. Todo eso quedo atrás, ahora tenía que adaptar mi cuerpo a la
calma, a la apreciación del tiempo y la relación con mi entorno.

Por último fue el encuentro con la criptomoneda a través de la Blockchain de Hive, logrando con esto consolidar una solicitud que le hacía al universo, poder adentrarme en este mundo, y a través de esta increíble plataforma descentralizada lo logre, y comprendiendo un poco más como moverme por los espacios y lugares, aunque sé que me falta mucho, espero poder seguir aprendiendo día a día por mucho tiempo; es que su economía y su aporte de conocimiento me ayudo a colocar los pies sobre la tierra, en un mundo que ya se está materializando, que es el mundo dela criptomoneda.

De estas diferentes formas es que logre encontrar mi estabilidad como ser humano para poder colocar los pies sobre la tierra, hábitos que trato de repetir casi todos los días, ya que siempre hay que mantenerse conectado con ella.
