The above photo was taken yesterday, at the main plaza of the Town that I live close to. Where at least 150 people (myself included) took part in a flash mob, to express our freedom and say that enough is enough. The last couple of weeks we have been meeting regularly to practice a song called "Seguir Bailando", which is originally a french song called "Danser Encore" (Keep Dancing). 
When we were rehearsing the energy was amazing, we had some people playing instruments as we all sang and we also practiced a simple dance routine as well. The lyrics were written last year and they are all about the lock down, the affect it has had on us and the importance of us all making the time to keep dancing to keep our spirits high!
When we performed it yesterday, in the main plaza, we created such a positive and powerful energy that was projected out into the world. It was such an amazing experience and it reminded me of some of the Rainbow gatherings I have attended in the past, of the magic we create when we come together and express ourselves through music and dancing.
Yes this past year has been tough on so many of us and this felt like such a huge release. With so many people from all walks of life, coming together to express their right to exist freely, to gather and celebrate life together! To remind each other what it means to be alive!
