Initially man was created out of dust from the earth's crust, then a woman was formed from a rib of which is made from bone, that is where her strength comes from, the strength of a woman.
They are never weak, no matter how some men may take them, for we all have weaknesses, even though they bring out our strength, many a times, a woman needs to be applauded for she goes through a lot.
Some never look back but a few would always look back just like the wife of Lot, but to the world out there, I would advise never to look back.
