2 Corinthians 2:14 (NKJV)
14 Now thanks be to GOD WHO ALWAYS LEADS US IN TRIUMPH IN CHRIST, and through us diffuses the fragrance of His knowledge in every place.
Your victory as a believer isn't in the future, it is NOW! The day you received Jesus as Lord and Saviour, you were born an overcomer over every life situation and circumstance.
1John 5:4 says, "You see, EVERY CHILD OF GOD OVERCOMES THE WORLD, for our FAITH is the VICTORIOUS POWER that triumphs over the world" (Passion).
Now this portion of scriptures isn't God making a promise to you that you'll overcome someday rather it is a pronouncement of who you are because it is an established fact that you are born an overcomer! That is WHO you are!
Your 'faith' in Christ's vicarious work and your declaration of His Lordship is what gave you the victorious power! No wonder 1John 5:5 says, "So WHO are the WORLD CONQUERORS, defeating its power? Those who BELIEVE that Jesus is the Son of God" (Passion).
Every one that believes that Jesus is the Son of God is a world conqueror! This simply means there's NOTHING - absolutely NOTHING, that this world throws at you that can bring you down!
When you've not understood this truth, you'll find yourself struggling and begging God to help you overcome! You'll always be looking forward to the day you'll have victory over that situation, circumstance or habit.
As a believer you MUST approach everything in life 'FROM' and not 'TO' victory because you have joint seating with Christ Jesus. The joy of redemption is the privilege and honour of having the SAME spiritual position with Christ Jesus in the realm of the spirit. Hear how the Passion Translation renders Ephesians 2:6: "He RAISED US UP WITH CHRIST the exalted One, and WE ASCENDED WITH HIM into the glorious perfection and AUTHORITY of the HEAVENLY REALM, for we are NOW CO-SEATED AS ONE WITH CHRIST!"
When you read it slowly with the emphasis, it comes alive! You are right now - not tomorrow, co-seated with Christ ONE!
You are not the defeated. You are the victorious IN Christ. Have the VICTOR'S mentality and not that of a VICTIM. You're not disadvantaged in anyway in life. Just like Jesus, recognise your position, stand in faith upon God's Word and like our text says, God always leads you in triumph in Christ Jesus.
Like the Psalmist you too can say, "Once I was HEMMED in and surrounded by those who don’t love you. But BY YAHWEH’S SUPERNATURAL POWER I OVERCAME THEM ALL!" (Psalms 118:10 Passion)
As a child of God You ALWAYS win in ALL WAYS.

|| I BOLDLY DECLARE that victory is my redemptive right because I am in Christ Jesus. Jesus has fully paid for me to live a victorious life in through His vicarious work on the cross. I am born an overcomer and no matter what the devil throws at me, I always WIN in Jesus mighty name!||
