This is a very good question as it's going to give much clarifications to most people whom some are even religious but claim to have no concern about anything laws or rules , restrictions and even commandments of any religion.
After this post I believe so much that a lot of people will learn from it and reshape their ways possibly.People without Religion are also not going to be free from judgement because the bible make it clear to humanity that everyone is going to be judged, the unreligious people will be judged base on the voice of their heart.
This voice is in every individual and according to the bible it is by this voice that one is able to detect the good from the bad and the bad from the good also. For example, if the bible is talking about love it doesn't only concern religion before love is being practiced, even without being religious love is being practiced in every environment or community.

So in totality people without Religion will be judged according to their normal life style that they put on in their daily life. The bible have stated it very clear that concerning judgement, God will way every man's heart and according to the result reward will follow.Jeremiah 17:9-10.
