I would like to contribute to the question "Is a Man's Fate under the control of God? ( part 1 of 2)"
If we are to base our information/ faith or belief on the revealed word of God in the Bible.
If you do belief the Bible you can have certainty about some things and the answer.
Originally, the First man and first woman God created, you notice that there is something that God gave them after creation.
This was revealed in the commandment God gave them.
Genesis 2: 16 -17
.....of all the trees in the garden that can eat freely. But, of the tree of Good and evil thou shall not eat of it, for the day that thou eatest thereof thou shall surely die.
If you scrutinize closely what God gave Adam. You will discover something great and important.
Sometimes people don't realise the truth about this but there is am insight.
There are times that both the fruits, leaves and bark of the tree is useful to man.
Adam has a free choice, even though the tree of good and evil is prohibited by God.
There was a way out.
It is possible that Adam may decide against what God has given him but there is a penalty.
The penalty is DEATH.
