Here's the 3rd question I found on Quora that was interesting enough to answer. For context, first let's look at the definition of being a psychopath.

To know more, feel free to do your own research on it. For now I will share what I think about this topic.
Disclaimer: I am not an expert in Catholicism but I was born, raised and live as a Catholic. Also, I went to a Catholic school for 4 yrs. My answer/s is/are based on a combination of my opinion, what I've been taught, learned and/or experienced.
My answer
Yes psychopaths can be redeemed if they ask God for redemption. As you know we all supposedly have free will. We can choose to be an atheist, agnostic or whatever. The problem is if one does not believe in God then they are automatically claimed by the devil.
In the psychopath's case, since they are born with no empathy or sense of morality, etc., they have to work on it. They have to develop the behavior present in most people otherwise they could become criminals or won't stop being one.
Just like any normal Catholic or Christian, we all get tempted and sin many times. If we do not regularly repent and confess our sins, we will be desensitized to it. Eventually for normal people, the demons will influence our thoughts, hopes and dreams without us noticing it. For psychopaths, most likely it is the same thing because they are still human.
Of course many may even scoff at this thought. The thing is as long as someone "have not" experienced anything really demonic/diabolical, one would never see what the Bible or the Catholic church is warning us about. Just like getting physically sick, we will not live a healthy lifestyle until we are already afflicted by a major disease. That's the only time we usually change what we eat, think and do.

Unfortunately despite getting a terrible illness, some people still choose to continue their bad habits. That's where free will comes in. Same thing for spiritual stuff, if one chooses to continue living in sin then that's out of God's hand. He will give us a lifetime to repent and return back to Him but if the person truly does not want to then He cannot do anything.
This is why it is important to know oneself. We must also ask the Lord for constant protection against evil. Another thing to bear in mind is the 10 Commandments. It was given to us as a guide so we can live better lives.
If the person knows which of the 10 + 7 deadly sins he/she is more susceptible to commit then one must always be alert to avoid doing it. Once we fall into the devil's trap it will be hard to realize and escape from it.
Only when one is truly repentant and ask God's help will we be saved. This is why the worst cases are usually those possessed and needs exorcism. Let's not wait for that to happen before we return back to God while we are alive.
