Good afternoon beloved, today been the 27th of April,2021, i would love to share my lesson gained from the live mass indoctrination.
Lesson Gained: Today Brother Eli spoke on our "Desire to seek God"
Our Lord God is the author of doing good, and He has giving us the desire to do good as His creation. Phili 2:13kjv: " For it is God which worketh in you both to will and to do of his good pleasure". Man naturally has desires for earthly things, so therefore it is really rare to see a man that desires to do His will. We can only do His will when we desire to seek Him through out our life and God has also encouraged us to do so. Colo 3:1-2kjv: "If ye then be risen with Christ, seek those things which are above, where Christ sitteth on the right hand of God. Set your affection on things above, not on things on the earth".
Our Lord God has said that if we seek Him with all our heart, that we will find Him. Acts 17:26-27kjv: "And hath made of one blood all nations of men for to dwell on all the face of the earth, and hath determined the times before appointed, and the bounds of their habitation; That they should seek the Lord, if haply they might feel after him, and find him, though he be not far from every one of us".
Brother Eli also said that Two things exist in this world, which are " Good" and "Evil". And it is either you stand for Good or for Evil.
He also went on to explain the parable of the " Sower" Matt 13:4-10kjv: "4 And when he sowed, some seeds fell by the way side, and the fowls came and devoured them up: Some fell upon stony places, where they had not much earth: and forthwith they sprung up, because they had no deepness of earth: And when the sun was up, they were scorched; and because they had no root, they withered away. And some fell among thorns; and the thorns sprung up, and choked them: But other fell into good ground, and brought forth fruit, some an hundredfold, some sixtyfold, some thirtyfold. Who hath ears to hear, let him hear.
And the disciples came, and said unto him, Why speakest thou unto them in parables?",
From which i understood that they are four kinds of man
- The man on the way side: He who has not heard the word of God.
- The man with a stony heart: He who has heard the word of God but has hardened his heart to receiving it.
- The man with a heart full of thorns: Je who delights only in the pleasure of this who and not in the things of God.
- The man with a good heart: He who has heard the word and has desired in his heart to do the will of God.
But my beloved brethren, despite all, our Lord God still is giving us a chance to come to repentance, so that we will desire to seek Him.
Ezek 36:26-28kjv: "A new heart also will I give you, and a new spirit will I put within you: and I will take away the stony heart out of your flesh, and I will give you an heart of flesh. And I will put my spirit within you, and cause you to walk in my statutes, and ye shall keep my judgments, and do them. And ye shall dwell in the land that I gave to your fathers; and ye shall be my people, and I will be your God".
It is my prayer that we will all come to full repentance so that we can have the desire to love God and seek his face. Thank you.
