In a world that is filled with evil and we must not blame God for everything. Men are responsible for all the evil things that we are experiencing now. We must not blame God but we must blame men for allowing evil to get into their heart.
God wants a place for us but we men have allowed evil to take over. The Bible has declared this already that we ourselves are witnesses of this very fact that many men enjoy doing evil but God is not the one that makes everything happen. It's not about the plan of God but how we are experiencing evil.
God created the world as a perfect place. He himself acknowledged that everything which he made were good. Why must he be in a position where God has created a perfect world for man but men choose to do evil. The sinful nature that we have embedded ourselves in, the way out of all this evil is to return back to God.
When we turn back to God he will deliver us from all sin and by keeping his commandments we are sure of the guidance of God.
