It is another wonderful time to spend listening to God word which through the live mcgi cares
Which started around 12pm today. The video was actually talking about us loving Jesus and it should be showing in our works which was shared in the scriptures of Titus chapter 1.
In Galatians 6 Vs 2, it is showing us also to follow Jesus our Lord. We should follow Jesus Christ because if we didn't follow Jesus, we will continue sinning. And that's only true because the more we follow Jesus, the more it guides us not to sin because we will be obeying the doctrine of Jesus Christ and which is essential to our living. Just like for example, the commandments of our Lord Jesus Christ is to love each other. We need to follow the commandments and should be able to stay through to the doctrine of Jesus Christ. We should be careful of false doctrine also.
In Matthew 28 Vs 20, it shows us that
Matt.28.20 - and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age."
This shows that we can be able to teach men how to love and follow Jesus if only we also are following and loving Jesus. By loving one another, we are showing to people that we are also disciple of Christ. And I was able to learnt that we should not only love people who love us accordingly to the scriptures that talked about if we love only those who love us, even the publicans do so. We need to strive for perfection. There have been popular saying that we can't be perfect which is not right. We can be perfect because the scripture said we should be perfect even as our heavenly father is perfect
We should not also limit loving people to those only who are Christians or those who are only in our faith. That's not the doctrine Jesus taught us. It is everyone and everybody we should love. We should not be discriminating in showing love for people. No we should love everyone whether they love us or they don't love us. That is what our Lord Jesu Christ taught us. We should love everybody. By this shall all men know that we are Jesus followers if we love one another as we are been commanded
Hebrews 1 Vs 1 also said
Heb.1.1 - In the past God spoke to our forefathers through the prophets at many times and in various ways,
So through our Lord Jesus Christ, we have listen that we should follow as Jesus Christ is the only begotten son of God. So if we want to follow God, we need to follow Jesus and then our faith is been established. Another thing I learnt is we should not be afraid of been Christian. It is joy if people see us as been Christian. We all know that Christian should follows God. Even though we might face persecution for us been Christian, we should keep it going and see it as joy been counted as Christians. And not only that as Christians we should know the commandments of Jesus Christ which taught us to obey and love our neighbors.
We should not only know the scriptures but we should also obey the law set down by Jesus Christ. We should stay away from the laws that might want us to disobey Jesus Christ. This is what the Bible said
