Forgiveness means letting go. As a Christian we shou use learn to forgive and forget.
Why are we still holding grudges when you can just let it slide.
The Bible advice us to always forgive and forget.
That doesn't mean we should forget the lessons. We can learn the lessons and let it go.
Grudges resist our growth.
The bible said there no limit to which we can forgive our neighbours.
There's no sin that is too big to be forgiven, every sin is sin, we must learn to let go.
Even in the Lord's prayer, it says, forgive us our sin as we forgive others.
If we fail to forgive, our Lord Jesus might not forgive us.
As sinful as man, God still came to die for us.
There's no righteous person on earth, so we must try to forgive each other.
Forgiveness means letting mercy prevail over revenge.
On this note, it is important as a believer not hold grudges but allow our minds be purged by God.
