Sex before marriage simply means two people who are not legally sealed having an affair.

Sex before marriage is a sin but in a situation where it is not planed, maybe circumstances make you and your boyfriend together, he consider it a forgiven one. Because circumstances made you both sleep together not an intention that is planed.
But however way, the bible condemns pre marital sex, it says marriage is honourable with bed undefiled.
I know some persons have reasons for premarital sex, some say, they're testing the sexual capability of the other partner.
