Depression and anxiety can easily weigh person down, they may even loose hope that help may not come, but the bible let us to know that at that moment God still cares for us and we should put our hope on him. One way to overcome these struggles is through prayer, trusting God daily, and surrounding ourselves with encouraging people. The Bible reminds believers not to carry their burdens alone but to bring them before God, who gives peace and comfort even during difficult times. Faith does not remove every problem instantly, but it gives strength to endure and hope to continue.
The bible teaches us the importance when we fill our mind with a positive thoughts instead of a negative thoughts. Reading God’s word, worship, thanksgiving, and staying connected to other believers can help renew the mind and calm the heart. God promises to be near to those who are hurting and to give rest to those who trust in Him.
Philippians 4:6. “Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God.”
