Praying to God doesn't warrant us to say many big words because God dies pay attention to it. God only pay attention to how sincere our heart looks. Jesus taught that we should pray honestly and not for public attention or praise from people. In The Gospel of Matthew, Jesus explained that prayer should come from the heart and with trust in God. A proper prayer begins with honoring God, thanking Him, and seeking His will before asking for personal needs.
The Bible also teaches that prayer should be done with faith and a clean heart. We should confess our sins, forgive others, and pray with confidence that God hears us. In The Epistle of James, believers are encouraged to pray faithfully because “the prayer of a righteous person is powerful and effective.” True prayer strengthens our relationship with God and helps us grow spiritually.
