Convincing those we love to leave their own religion and follow our own is done with love and patience. We can't force anyone to join our religion but convincing them about the love of God is quite enough. When we live with kindness, humility, and obedience to God, those close to us may be drawn to the faith by seeing the change in us. True influence comes not from pressure, but from a genuine reflection of God’s love in our daily actions.
The Bible reminds us in 1 Peter 3:15, “But in your hearts revere Christ as Lord. Always be prepared to give an answer to everyone who asks you to give the reason for the hope that you have.”
It is also important to share our beliefs with gentleness and respect. The Bible encourages believers to be ready to explain their faith, but to do so in a way that is peaceful and understanding. We should listen to our loved ones, answer their questions sincerely, and avoid arguments that may push them away. Trust in God’s timing is essential, because each person’s journey to faith is personal.
