God invites us to bring our worries and pain to Him in prayer instead of carrying them alone. Through faith, prayer, and trust in God’s promises, we can receive peace and strength even during difficult times. The Bible reminds us that God is always near to the brokenhearted and never abandons His children.
One way to overcome depression and anxiety is by filling our hearts and minds with God’s Word. Negative thoughts can control a person, but meditating on Scripture helps us remember God’s love, protection, and purpose for our lives. Fellowship with other believers, worship, and encouraging one another also help bring comfort and hope. God often works through family, friends, and the church to support people in hard seasons.
