Everything God created is clean. God's dealing with people are different. The way He deals with Mr A can be quite different from the way He deals with Mr B. There was a time when God instructed the Jews not to eat animals like pork and that was for a particular reason, but it wasn't a general instruction for everybody.
We can eat whatever we want if it appeals to us. When God created the animals He gave us dominion over all of them. It is up to us to do with them as we please. It is not compulsory that we must devour everyone of them. We may have our personal reasons for not wanting to eat some our eat any at all, which is totally fine. But we shouldn't project it to be an abomination.
The bible made it clear that it is not what goes into a man that defies him, rather it is what comes out. Whatever we take in would pass will be passed out in the toilet. They have no significance. But the things that come from within us, our hearts most especially, those are the things that matter the most. The have the potential of either defying us or edifying us.
