A Christian is just someone who attends church or is part of the choristers . A true Christian is one who has been born again, has his or her life surrendered to Christ and follows Him daily in word and equally in deed. The next logical question is what to do.
The next thing to do is to return to His Word. The only cure for the Church's crisis of relevance is a return to the scriptural genuine conversion, Spirit-empowered preaching and lives that reflect the pure truth and obedience attached to it.
We have to turn away from every form of cultural Christianity. As Christians we ought to pursue conviction and compassion, calling the church back to the original gospel that saves—the gospel the early christians preached about—this should be our primary focus. It is high time we contend for the faith, not with arrogance but with conviction and compassion.
