These are the points I learnt from the teaching of today.
The owner of the church is God.
Paul was called in the church.
In the Bible there is already a church.
The church is called by the name of God. The Bible says Church of God the living God pillar and ground of the truth.
1 Timothy 3:15
[15]But if I tarry long, that thou mayest know how thou oughtest to behave thyself in the house of God, which is the church of the living God, the pillar and ground of the truth.
Christ has purchased the church with His blood.
Brother Eli told us a good name is better than riches,
Proverbs 22:1
[1]A good name is rather to be chosen than great riches, and loving favour rather than silver and gold.
Accepting the doctrine of Christ is keeping His commandments. Not accepting the doctrine of Christ is rejecting Christ.
Acts 10:35
[35]But in every nation he that feareth him, and worketh righteousness, is accepted with him.
We can be United in the church of the Bible through gospel.
Ephesians 1:13
[13]In whom ye also trusted, after that ye heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation: in whom also after that ye believed, ye were sealed with that holy Spirit of promise,
Brother Eli explained again for that we belong to the animal kingdom but we are higher than all other animals even the venomous snakes.
